Questions:
In that Implementation of government policy is now his duty are Gen. Natynczyk's statements his views or is he dutifully mouthing government policy?
In either case ought not consideration be given to adopting a policy of encouraging the Afghanistan's 'sons of the soil' and the Afghan Government negotiating an end to their internal conflict?
Without successfully following this course of action achieving the goal of Canadian Forces being out of Kandahar in 2011 is viewed as improbable by Canada's allies.
